We guarantee 100% satisfaction. However, if you are unsatisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item for an exchange or refund within 30 days. Items must be in new, re-sellable condition. Instructions for returning items are included with our packing slips in every shipment. Please complete the entire form on the reverse side of the packing slip, and ship your returned merchandise back to the address provided on the packing slip. If you do not have this packing slip, please call customer service .
*PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT CERTAIN ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE. This includes any personalized items. If you have any questions about whether or not a particular item can be returned, please contact customer service prior to placing your order.
For a refund of the purchase price, items must be returned within 30 days from the date of shipment. Item(s) must be returned in new condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure full credit. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded for returned merchandise.
Notwithstanding, all returns to Conflikt Clothing for a merchandise refund will be at the sole discretion of Conflikt Clothing upon inspection. Evidence of wear, markings, and unsanitary appearance will disqualify a refund. If we deem the product un-sellable we will contact you with an option to have the item shipped back to you free of charge.
If you are returning an item for a refund, please be aware that you will be refunded for the price of the item only. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges will not be refunded. If you are returning an item for an exchange, you will not be billed additional shipping charges for the shipment of the exchange item.
If your shipment is deemed undeliverable for any reason, it may be returned to our warehouse. You will be automatically refunded for the price of the merchandise as soon as your order is scanned back into inventory. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Our current order processing time is 1-2 business days for in-stock merchandise. During this processing time, your online order is transmitted to our fulfillment warehouse, safely packed, and processed for shipment as quickly as possible. Please note that orders placed after 2:00pm Pacific Time will begin processing at our fulfillment warehouse the following business day. For backordered items, orders begin processing as soon as the backordered item is returned to stock. You can expect your order to ship 1-2 business days after the backordered item is returned to stock. If we are unable to fill your order complete you will be notified and given the option to cancel the backordered item.
International Shipments At this time Conflikt Clothing does not support International shipping.
Misc. Shipping Certain items (which require special preparation for shipment, or customization) may require a longer processing time. We make every effort to notify you if we expect a delay in your shipment for any reason. |
